Bookings are on a 3 day minimum in Low and Mid Season

weekdays with weekends available for 2 days.

 

(But do enquire about dates as we may be able to offer

shorter gaps between bookings)

Mid Season (May, June & September)

£325 per day

GROUND FLOOR ONLY

Only a couple and want to book the Homestead for 2 persons then we can offer you a rate of £150 per day mid week and £175 for weekend stays.

​

 This gives you access to the entire ground floor - Bedroom, Bathroom, Lounge, Dining Room, Kitchen and Garden.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

 Our check-in and check-out times are now as follows:

        - Check-in:      16:00

        - Check-out:   10:00

BOOKING DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

• A deposit of 20% of the booking total is required at time of booking. The final payment will be required 6 weeks prior to your stay and an invoice for payment will be sent to you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If your booking is cancelled before the 6 week date of final payment request then a refund will be honoured.

PET POLICY

We allow well-behaved pets at The Homestead at a charge of £20 but ask that they stay off the furniture and beds. Please ensure that all dog mess is cleared up at the end of your stay - an additional cleaning fee may apply if this is not done.
