 Prior to booking, please read the following important information: 

• 20% deposit payable to secure the booking. If the dates of your booking are within the next six weeks, the full amount must be paid in order to secure the booking.

• Check-out: 10:00 am.

• Check-in: from 4.00 pm (key safe collection or from The Wells Crab House)

• Weekend stays available during Low and Mid Periods with a 3 night minimum on midweek
