THE HOUSE
LOCATION
The Homestead is located in a quiet corner of The Buttlands, just a short walk from the centre of Wells next-the-Sea, boasting a great range of Gastro Pubs, Restaurants, Cafes, Wine bar, Boutique Shops and a Award Winning Beach.
ACCOMMODATION
The Homestead is a self-catering cottage, providing comfortable accommodation for 10 people.
The bedrooms are spread across all three floors:

Ground Floor: 1 double bedroom plus a double sofa bed in the lounge.

First Floor: 2 rooms, 1 king-sized bedroom with a travel cot & 1 twin room

Attic / Top Floor: A spacious family room that includes four single beds. There is also a television, video recorder & selection of (mainly children’s) videos. (This room will be locked if the occupancy does not require the beds)
Additional bed linen for the sofa bed are available on request at an additional cost of £25 per set.
All beds required are made ready for arrival and towels are provided for all guests.
The bathrooms are located on the ground floor & first floor.
Each bathroom includes a step into bath with a power shower, shaving point, a toilet & wash basin.
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped as follows:

We also have a small selection of toys, books & board games.
DOGS
Well behaved pets to a maximum of 4 dogs are also welcome at The Homestead, we just request that all mess in the garden be cleared up before departure or an extra cleaning fee will be charged.
Dogs are permitted to be left alone as long as they are used to being left and will not disrupt our neighbours with howling or barking due to them missing you.
We simply ask that the Dining room door is closed and they have the run of the Lounge and Hallway.
The Garden is also fully enclosed and very safe to stay out unattended.
Smoking is not permitted in the property. If you smoke in the Garden pleased do not leave behind used butts.
Parking - There is one free space outside the property and plenty of free parking around the Buttlands but gets very busy during peak periods.
You can park on buy a parking ticket for multiple days at the council car park on Stearman's Yard just 5 minutes walk away.
